The woodland garden in front of the house falls away down to the river, and a path leads you through the wood and out onto the clean and sandy tidal seashore of Clew Bay and its islands.

The house is suitable for both small and large groups of family or friends. It works for either a couple or friends seeking a peaceful, spacious living space or for a large family or group needing plenty of facilities.

There is a spacious fenced patio area which provides a good outdoor dining area as well as a quiet area for relaxing and sunbathing. It is also a great area for children with plenty of tricycle riding space and there is a turtle sandpit provided.
